   Mrs A.T. (Reference - L-6212) was brought to Life Force by her husband who was a practicing allopath for the treatment of her lichen planus. She was 50 yrs old fair, obese lady, suffering from lichen planus since 1 year. There were lichenified lesions on her arms and legs, hips and back with marked itching along with mild psoriatic lesions on knees. Her disease was masked due to extensive use of steroids like wysolone, dapsone in the past. Her appetite was average with profuse perspiration which used to stain yellow on clothes. She preferred cold climate. Her sleep was disturbed due to the itching. She was a sensitive woman who would get disturbed easily with sudden news like accidents, sudden grief or shock. She was mild by nature. She would weep easily on minor things. She was a home maker, was known to be short tempered with anxiety about her routine work. She would take up a lot of stress for her son’s studies. The couple consulted Dr Rajesh Shah, her case was studied in details, the lichen planus was examined and based on her case analysis Sepia 200 was prescribed to her. Within 8 weeks the itching reduced remarkably. The lesions of lichen planus subsided, ones which were raised flattended out. The treatment was continued further. In 4 months the most of the lesions had started to heal. There were no new lesions. In 6 to 8 months most of the lesions of lichen planus had subsided. She was recovering. At the end of 1 year Mrs A.
